Are the roles really work-from-home?
Yes. Most openings are fully remote for candidates based in the Philippines; a few leadership roles are based at Cebu IT Park, and each listing shows its location. We run a WFH viability check during hiring to make sure your setup works, and we provide peripheral support.
When do benefits start?
They stack as you stay. Paid time off starts accruing at month three, along with birthday leave once you pass probation. At month six you become eligible for PhilHealth with contributions fully company-paid, plus a monthly internet allowance. At one year you can take the one-time zero-interest loan for your home office.
How does the pay work?
Compensation is paid in US dollars, twice a month. On top of base pay there is a monthly performance bonus and a quarterly retention premium, both tied to performance and attendance.
What does the hiring process look like?
Apply online, and our talent team reviews your profile and reaches out within 3 to 5 days. From there: an initial interview, a final conversation with the team lead, and a round with the client. Offer and onboarding follow. No ghosting; every submission gets reviewed by a person.
What equipment do I need?
A reliable WFH setup with a backup internet connection. We check viability together during hiring, support you with peripherals, and after month six the monthly internet allowance kicks in.
I'm not in the Philippines. Can I still apply?
Yes. Most current openings are for the Philippines, and bilingual roles for Latin America can open at any time — we already have teammates there. Apply to the open role closest to your experience and we'll keep you in mind as new ones post.
